Clover Therapeutics is a human genetics-based drug discovery company focused on diseases of aging. We partner with a diverse community of Medicare patients, payers, and providers on our research programs to understand the genetic drivers of disease onset and progression. Insights from these programs lead to our differentiated drug discovery pipeline, starting with ophthalmology.

Clover Therapeutics is seeking a talented and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical team. In this role, you will be a key leader in driving forward our clinical research operations by managing study protocols from early planning stages to study closure. This position offers an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic growing team and contribute to the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for aging related disorders. Great communication, collaboration, and enthusiasm are key attributes for this position.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will:

• Be an integral part of the working team to plan for study protocols, which include determining site feasibility, preparing study documents, and coordinating IRB submission(s).
• Create and develop partnerships with research institutions in various age-related therapeutics areas to conduct research studies.
• Manage acquisition and validation of protocol-related data, using proprietary software.
• Develop and improve current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that optimize efficiency and patient and provider experience.
• Engage with study participants through various points of interaction, including the consent and study follow-up process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate study and team updates.

You should get in touch if:

• You have a college degree and 3+ years of clinical research experience.
• Are familiar with ICH/GCP Guidelines and FDA Regulations.
• Have excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, and Adobe
